Case Study

A.N.I.S.H

Website Development · Information Organization · Automation

A new digital platform connecting three initiatives, rental workflows, and administrative processes.

Project Overview

More than a website redesign

A.N.I.S.H operates three connected initiatives: Anish Healing Centre, Akiing Onji Foundation, and Eagle Landing H.O.M.E.

The project involved organizing these initiatives into one clear digital experience while supporting practical needs such as facility rentals, inquiries, payments, and administration.

I designed and developed the WordPress website and built workflows connecting website activity with the organization's existing processes.

The Challenge

Bringing multiple initiatives and processes together

Multiple Initiatives

Three connected initiatives needed to exist within one website while maintaining their own purpose and identity.

Complex Information

Spaces, programs, audiences, locations, staff information, and organizational content needed a clear structure.

Different Rental Needs

The Healing Centre and Eagle Landing offered different spaces and required separate rental request processes.

Administrative Work

Website submissions needed to support staff workflows rather than create additional manual data entry.

Existing Systems

The new website had to work alongside existing email, accounting, domain, and administrative systems.

My Approach

Build around how the organization actually works

I started by understanding the relationship between the three initiatives, the information visitors needed, and what happened behind the scenes when someone submitted a request.

As the project developed, I also corrected some of my own early assumptions. I initially interpreted parts of the offering more like appointment-based services, but the actual process centred around space rentals and rental requests.

I redesigned the user flows around the organization's real process rather than forcing it into a conventional booking system.

From there, I organized the content, developed the WordPress website, created separate rental workflows, and connected website submissions with administrative systems.

How This Looks in Practice

Connecting the website with real operations

Information Architecture

Organized A.N.I.S.H. and its three initiatives into a clear website hierarchy.

Rental Workflows

Created separate structured rental request processes for Anish Healing Centre and Eagle Landing H.O.M.E.

Website Development

Designed and developed the responsive website using WordPress and Divi.

Workflow Automation

Used Zapier to move structured website submissions into downstream administrative processes.

QuickBooks Integration

Connected website information with the organization's accounting workflow to reduce disconnected manual processes.

Project Results

A more professional and effective website

Clearer Digital Structure

Visitors can understand the relationship between A.N.I.S.H. and its three initiatives.

Better Rental Experience

Visitors can explore spaces and submit structured requests based on the location they are interested in.

Reduced Manual Work

Automation helps information move beyond the website without staff repeatedly entering the same data.

Connected Systems

Website activity can support existing administrative and financial workflows.

Ongoing Support

The website continues to be hosted, maintained, backed up, and supported after launch.

Why This Project Stands Out

The website was only one part of the solution

This project pushed beyond designing pages.

The real challenge was understanding how the organization worked: how its initiatives related to each other, how visitors found the right information, what happened after a rental request was submitted, and how the website could work with existing administrative systems.

The result combined information organization, UX, website development, automation, and technical infrastructure into one connected solution.

The Final Product

A digital platform built around how A.N.I.S.H operates

The finished website gives A.N.I.S.H. a central digital home for its initiatives while supporting rental requests, administrative workflows, and future growth.
